The first document contains the complete methods including methods for the use of the ArcView Watershed Spatial Analysis Extension.

ArcView Extension - a file that contains a program that can be added to ArcView GIS to facilitate the watershed analysis. Right-click on the file name and then "save target as" "all files" in the ArcView Extensions folder on the user's computer.
